How can we help you?

How will you determine my sales tax?
There is no sales tax charged on coffee and loose leaf tea purchases!  


What countries do you ship to?
We now ship worldwide for all orders made in the store.  Please visit our shipping page for more details.  


When will my products ship out?

All items will be carefully packaged and shipped within 24 business hours after payment is received! ✈


How do I calculate the Shipping & Handling charge for an order shipping to the United States or Canada?

Do you sell products locally?
Our long term goal is to get our products in retail locations, coffee shops and salons. If you know of a person who should carry our products, please have them contact us at hello@perkse.com.


Can I exchange or return my order?

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority ★★★★★

At Perkse, we want you to be satisfied and happy with your order! Within 15 days of your purchase, if for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, please send us an email hello@perkse.com to discuss your order for an exchange request or credit only. Refund amount is equal to the item price minus the shipping cost. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

 

When is your order cutoff time?
Orders placed before 4pm EST will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 4pm EST will be processed the following business day. If for any reason we are unable to ship out your order within our standard timeframe, we will contact you immediately to notify you of any delays and ensure that you get your items as soon as possible.
